About me

I grew up in the Suffolk countryside. For the past 12 years, I’ve lived in London and I’m currently based in St. John’s Wood, just off the Abbey Road. I’ve travelled up and down the UK for all sorts of photography assignments, so don’t let my southern location put you off if you’re contacting from outside the M25!

My passion for photography has grown very naturally over the years. I started out by taking photographs for Felix, the student newspaper of Imperial College London. I took photos of everyone from inebriated students through to the Dalai Lama. Later, I moved into shooting events including music concerts and international conferences. Now I am primarily dedicated to shooting weddings and to capturing all the amazing memories and moments from your big day!
Aside from photography I’m also a big fan of:

  • Football – I’m a Chelsea fan. Make of that what you will.
  • Squash – although I did break my jaw during one intense match against a 50-year old!
  • Cinema – my favourite film is There Will Be Blood.
  • Pub Quizzes – my girlfriend is great at them, so I usually get a prize.

The number of years since I first got my mitts on a DSLR! My first photography assignment was a behind-the-scenes look at a short film starring Bob Geldof.

The number on the back of my school football shirt – a centre-back by trade. Sadly, I never managed to reach the same number in goals scored at club level...

The number of metal plates in my jaw! I fell on my face playing squash and had to have my mouth wired shut for 6 weeks consuming food only through a straw!
